1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined here unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the services on this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the p88my platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real money (cash) and bonus funds available in a user's account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Losses due to unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.

9. Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the p88my customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met or will be considered forfeited.

p88my reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if:
